Bridging digital innovation, governance operationalization, and strategic value delivery.
My journey began with a technical foundation in telecommunications engineering but has always extended beyond it. I've complemented this with business, philosophy, and humanistic studies—a combination reflecting my conviction that technology must be understood within its human context.
This interdisciplinary approach has defined my senior leadership career at the intersection of innovation and society. As a technical representative at UNESCO and the Council of Europe, I contributed to shaping global AI governance. My philosophical research explores how technology shapes human autonomy in our digital age.
I believe technical excellence and humanistic principles are essential partners, not opposing forces. My work examines how digital technologies intersect with society, economy, and culture—delivering both business value and meaningful impact.
AI should serve humanity's best interests, respecting human rights and dignity.
Frameworks depend on implementation to be meaningful. Focus on actionable strategies that teams can execute.
Technical teams and policy makers speak different languages. Effective governance requires translation and collaboration.
